Our factory is aware of our responsibility to maintain safe and ethical working conditions for our employees, and complies with all COC audits carried out by large retailers and licensers, such as Walmart, Target, Dollar General, Disney, as well as various certification bodies including ICTI and WCA. ICTI (International Council of Toy Industries) Care Process is the toy industry’s ethical manufacturing program to ensure safe and social responsible workplace conditions for global toy factory workers. The accreditation of ICTI Code of Business Practices proves that our commitment to the areas of health and safety, working hours and wages, non-discrimination and disciplinary practices as well as social benefits. WCA (Workplace Conditions Assessment) program provides a powerful, cost-effective solution for evaluating, benchmarking and monitoring factories’ workplace conditions, and offers an efficient mechanism for facilitating continuous improvement through targeted training and remediation processes. Our factory also participate in the program of security verification GSV (Global Security Verification) annually which supports the development and implementation of measures in processes, procedures and infrastructure for enhancing global supply chain security and ensure products loaded and shipped can fulfill the requirement of C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism).
In compliance with our company philosophy and anticipation from our clients in the aspect of environmental preservation, we participated in and were accredited with the Forest Stewardship Council Chain-of-Custody Certificate (FSC CoC) since 2011, which ensures the forest products we used are from responsibly harvested forests and verified sources.
